Worship Opportunities

Every Sunday morning there are two unique worship opportunities:

8:30 A.M.

At 8:30 A.M., people begin gathering for a contemporary praise service in the Activities Center. This is an informal worship celebration led by a praise band and featuring more contemporary music. Persons seeking a less formal and less traditional worship experience easily find a home in this celebration.

10:55 A.M.

At 10:55 A.M., the organ begins to swell in the sanctuary and our second worship celebration begins. This service features the Sanctuary Choir and familiar traditional hymns of the church. Persons who are comfortable in a more traditional worship celebration find this service a powerful experience.

In addition to these regular worship opportunities, throughout the year special worship celebrations are held in connection with Advent, Christmas, Lent and Holy Week. Information about these services is available during these seasons of the year.

Hispanic Worship

The members of our Hispanic community gather at 11:00 a.m. for a time of singing led by members of the community and a short message.

Evening Prayer and Praise

Each Sunday evening at 5:30pm we gather for a time of singing from the Cokesbury Hymnal, Intercessory Prayer,  and a short Bible study led by one of the clergy. This group is very close and caring for one another and others in our community.

In addition to these regular worship opportunities, throughout the year special worship celebrations are held in connection with Advent, Christmas, Lent and Holy Week. Information about these services is available during these seasons of the year.
